Rafael Lugo, also known as “Skitz The P.L.K” (Prophet. Lucid. King), is the creative force behind SkitzoMusic, a dynamic hub for transforming experiences and expertise into compelling musical compositions. As a ProTools certified engineer and a Silver Telly Award-winning writer, Rafael brings projects to modern commercial standards with unparalleled skill and flair.
At SkitzoMusic, Rafael’s mission is to blend high-quality production with creative guidance. Whether you need a podcast intro/outro, a soundtrack for your book, or any other audio project, SkitzoMusic delivers innovative solutions with a touch of whimsy. Rafael’s co-creation, the children’s YouTube channel Needlz & Skratch, exemplifies this approach, using hip-hop to teach kids everyday lessons in an engaging way.
Owned and operated by Rafael, SkitzoMusic offers a wide range of services, including podcast editing, mixing, mastering, production, and creative writing. As a Bronx, NY native and head recording and mixing engineer, producer, and writer, Rafael infuses each project with his unique blend of professional expertise and otherworldly experiences.
Beyond his musical endeavors, Rafael is a podcaster and experiencer of extraterrestrial and paranormal phenomena. Since the age of five, he has been visited by various non-human entities, including The Greys, Tall Greys, Insectoid/Mantis beings, and Hybrid Children. These encounters have inspired Rafael to transition from gangster rap to what he calls “High Vibrational, Multidimensional Hip-Hop,” using his music to spread messages of peace, love, and positivity.
Rafael is dedicated to educating the masses about his contact with our star family through his weekly podcast, The Hybrid Podcast, a Facebook group called CE5 - E.T Connection (Calling All Hybrids), and A Documentary on Amazon Prime Video called "Calling all Hybrids". His work aims to enlighten and connect people, sharing the truth about our cosmic kin.

Hip-Hop Children's Education
Calling all preschoolers - Class is in session at the Needlz and Skratch hip- hop repair workshop! With a spin from Skratch’s magical records, preschoolers go on a journey learning the history and function of a variety of instruments, while helping an instrument in need. During each lesson, a musical instrument character with a broken piece requests the help of the class for repair. But, they have to hurry - it’s a race against the clock to do the repair so the instrument gets back in time for its performance!
